Projekt AM is an independent design practice founded by Agata Malinowska - a designer and artist born in Poland, living and practicing in London. Her approach to design originates in drawing, which has always been her primary tool for thinking and building narratives, long before “design” became a conscious career choice. Projekt AM draws inspiration from architecture, interiors, and furniture design, with a particular interest in Scandinavian design and the emerging young Polish design scene.
Bathroom - serenity
A Scandinavian bathroom whispers calm. Soft light drifts through frosted windows, caressing walls and warm wooden floor. Fluffy towels and gentle bath mats invite touch; every texture is a quiet comfort. Candles flicker in hidden corners, their glow dancing across stone and ceramic, while the subtle scent of soap, wood, and herbs lingers like a soft exhale.
Time here slows - the outside world fades - and the space wraps you in a cocoon of stillness and warmth. It is a sanctuary for quiet reflection, a place where everyday rituals become small, restorative hygge moments, and the simple act of being feels effortlessly whole.
Quiet nook - reflection
In the reflection nook, a soft hue settles like dusk, slowing the rhythm of thought. The armchair holds you in its gentle weight, its linen folds drawing close, as if it knows you came here to pause. A wool blanket rests nearby, the air faintly scented with wood and candlelight - quiet comforts of a Scandinavian home. Lounge - warmth

Dining room - joy

It might include good food, warm drinks, soft blankets, and candlelight. Hygge has a calming, decelerating effect helping us to find contentment.
It encourages us to slow down, relax, embrace the present — to savor life's quieter pleasures.
