Shipping

Orders are processed in order of arrival.

Orders will be processed same-day if placed by 10 a.m. MST Mon-Fri (except for holidays) and shipped either same day or the next business day.

Orders placed after 10 a.m. MST orders will complete processing on the next business day and ship either that day or the next business day. Please keep this in mind when selecting expedited shipping.

FedEx 2 Day delivers 2 days from ship date, not from order date.

Should any issues arise with the delivery time, we’ll contact you by phone or e-mail. We will not cover the cost of resending the package, if the address provided by the customer is incorrect.

A package that has not been picked up by the customer from the post office and is returned to sender is always considered returned goods. We do not resend returned packages.

Please inspect the package when picking it up. If the package or products have been damaged during transportation, make a damage report immediately in the post office. Then contact us. Please note that failing to pick-up the package from the pick-up point is not the same as cancelling the order. For unclaimed packages a separate fee 20 € will be charged.

Standard shipping under $25 - DHL/USPS (3-6 business days)

Standard shipping  $25 and up - DHL/USPS (3-6 business days) - FREE

Options available which include insurance - USPS Priority, FedEx, UPS

To ensure that your package is properly delivered please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Also, make use of the tracking information that is provided when your order ships so that arrangements can be made to obtain your package upon delivery.

If your order is returned non-deliverable we will issue a refund for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping/return charges.

Please keep in mind that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with the delivery service responsible for shipping your order. Free shipping does not include insurance on the package or replacement. For this service you would need to choose Priority shipping USPS or FedEx/UPS. We are unable to issue refunds for packages that tracking shows have been delivered.
