We're quite proud of our new shop. The shopping experience is all around much better than our last shop and we're happy about that. However, there's one thing we're not thrilled about.
Everyone has to restore their account and enter a new password!
We talked to Shopify support at great lengths but we were not able to find a mostly effortless way for our beloved ladies to restore their accounts. The best solution is to simply search your email inbox including possibly your spam folder for the "Restore your account" email we recently sent out. Once you find this email, it's pretty easy to click on the link and reset your password so you can log in.
