We know you’ll enjoy your periods with Lunette Menstrual Cup, and to make sure of that, we want to give you a happiness guarantee! It means that after 90 days you can request a size exchange or a full refund, for up to 6 months after the original purchase. 
This applies to Lunette Menstrual Cups bought on our website.
The Happiness guarantee will cover the value of the menstrual cup from the Lunette Kit product bundles. The guarantee covers a size exchange or refund for one cup only in case of purchases with multiple cups or product bundles with more than one cup. The Happiness Guarantee can be applied once per order.
The guarantee does not cover product changes/refunds for products with more than 30% discounted price and/or buy one, get one free (BOGO) campaigns, or multiple cup purchases and then multiple product changes. Please note that the duo pack is excluded from the happiness guarantee.

How do I claim it?

90 days after your original purchase, you can request a size exchange or a full refund, for up to six months after the original purchase.

Please make sure to include your order number in the email, as well as your preference of a different size or a refund. 

Return Instructions

Return requests must be made within 14 days from receiving your order. If you received an incorrect or defective item, email us at info@lunette.com and include an image of the item. We will determine next steps to fix the situation.If you no longer wish to keep the item your ordered and the shipping box has not been opened, write “REFUSED- RETURN TO SENDER” on the box, cross over your address, and drop off the original unopened shipping box to a USPS drop off point. Then send us an email at info@lunette.com to inform us that the delivery has been refused and dropped off. We will process your refund once the package arrives back at our warehouse and the item(s) are put back into inventory. If UPS or FedEx delivery was chosen at checkout take the package to a UPS or FedEx drop off point for return instructions. If the shipping box has been opened, but the Lunette Cup package is unopened. Email us at info@lunette.com to let us know you wish to return the unopened item. Due to the intimate nature of our products, packages that have been opened cannot be accepted back at our warehouse as they cannot be put back into inventory. For this reason, in your email, please include an image of the unopened items you wish to return. Upon examination of the image approval will be given for the return. Buyer will be responsible for return postage and for providing us with a tracking number. Refund will be processed once the item in put back into inventory at our warehouse. Lunette Starter Kit packages cannot be returned once the seal has been cut and the package has been opened.
